Death Bell 2 will be Park Ji Yeon (박지연) first feature film, she is currently in a MBC TV Series “High Kick Through The Roof”, a comedy about two sisters working as a maid to pay for their father’s debt. The Kpop singer also played a role in “Soul”, a 2009 TV supernatural Horror series. Hwang Jung Eum( 황정음 ) is also a former member of the group called “Sugar”. She debuted as an actor in a 2007 SBS drama “The Person I love”. Ms. Hwang joined the cast of Chorokbaem Media produced title “East of Eden” in 2009, like Ji Yeon she is also has a recurring role in “High Kick Through …”
The first Death Bell was directed by Yoon Hong-seung, a former music video director who also goes by the name of Chang. It was set in a high school where 20 high profiled student forced to save one of the student by answering every question correctly – for every wrong answer they choose, one student also dies.
Nam Gyuri another former K-Pop group member (SeeYaa) made her debut in the first film as well as Lee Beom-soo first in the horror genre. Lee Beom is well known for portraying Han Ki-Chul, a minion of a gangster boss appointed to protect Lim Aryong (Shi Qui) in a 2006 Korean hit film “My Wife is a Gangster 3”.
