mywife2My Wife Is A Gangster 2 is directed by Jeong Heung-sun and written by Choi Hae-cheol and starring Shin Eun-Kyang, Park Jun-gyu and Jang Se-jin.

This movie is the second installation to the movie My Wife is a Gangster series and this time Eun Jin, leader of the famous scissor gang, is shown falling from the rooftop of a building after fighting with their rival gangs but got lucky and lands on a truck carrying a trampoline and then later on lands on a truck carrying chickens. She was later on found by a kindly drunk restaurant owner who adopted her and turns her into a delivery girl named Tsu Tsu for his noodle restaurant. Eun Jin had amnesia and in-between deliveries she would engage in wacky activitites in a hopeless attempt to bring her memory back. For two years Eun-jin lives in a small town peacefykkt delivering noodles for her boss but her past catch up with her and won’t leave her alone and soon trouble arrives in the small community along with rival gangsters who wanted to turn the neighborhood into a mall complex. When Eun-jin accidentally fell from the roof again after a having a brief argument with the daughter of the restaurant owner her memory came back and soon the people living in the neighborhood found hope in her.

The movie was able to balance both its serious and comedy side and the action side as well. The acting was superb all throughout. Although I find the rival gangs leader white shark rather stupid than being a real gangster leader still the actor was able to portray his role well enough. The funniest moment in this movie is when Eun-jin or Tsu Tsu did her wacky stuffs just to get her memory back such as when she decided to go out on a rainy night hoping to be hit by lightning. In the end good still prevails over evil like a pair of flying scissors in the rain.
