The second part of Yukihiko Tsutsumi’s adaptation of the manga 20th Century Boy has finally arrived today on Region 2 DVD. Japan’s VAP Distributor released 3 version of the Saigo no Kibo in regular DVD version, Blue Ray, and Limited edition disc set.
