Here it is Horror fans, look no further there is a new teaser for Taeo-gyun Kim’s live-action adaptation film Higanjima. This new trailer is much better than previous trailer that roams around on the net. With extra action , slashing and blood hungry vampires.
Higanjima tells the story of a young man named Akira (played by Hideo Ishiguro) who sails with his friends to an isolated island of Higan, his mission is to find his older (Dai Watanabe) who have been missing for years. Unaware of things that are about to happen, the island is now a home of vampires. Akira discovered that his brother is not only alive, but have mastered a skill to fight the bloodsuckers
Hideo is also featured in several Japanese movie including Elite Yankee Saburo: The movie, Gokusen: The movie, and has been casted in the new Tomoyuki Furumaya film Bushido Sixteen
Based on the manga created by Koji Matsumoto, Higanjima was first shown in Pusan on October 9, 009 and will be release in Japan this coming January 9 2010.
